The hotel is a cozy spot near key attractions such as Alcatraz and the Golden Gate, offering friendly service and simple dining options. However, room issues and noise disruptions were a downside during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with two bay windows, but it felt like a sauna and was extremely noisy due to late-night repairs. The hotel is old and in need of updating, however, the service was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, adding a certain charm to the overall stay. The location was great for exploring the city on foot, near Union Street shops and restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf, and Golden Gate. The dining options were limited to basic items like hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and toast. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with its friendly service and convenient location.
