Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a cozy spot near key attractions such as Alcatraz and the Golden Gate, offering friendly service and simple dining options. However, room issues and noise disruptions were a downside during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with two bay windows, but it felt like a sauna and was extremely noisy due to late-night repairs. The hotel is old and in need of updating, however, the service was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, adding a certain charm to the overall stay. The location was great for exploring the city on foot, near Union Street shops and restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf, and Golden Gate. The dining options were limited to basic items like hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and toast. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with its friendly service and convenient location.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to many attractions and shops, but the room was a bit uncomfortable with street noise and constant high temperature from being above the laundry room. On the bright side, the staff was nice and the dining options, while basic, were sufficient for my needs.
I found this hotel to have some ups and downs. The service was helpful but had some privacy issues. On a positive note, the location is the best feature, although the facilities are lacking. The dining experience was below average.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great for exploring Lombard Street and the waterfront, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the rooms were a bit stuffy and noisy, and the breakfast was simple. The service was accommodating but not very friendly.
